This was quite the week for my favorite body part, and there is something for everyone after the jump. NSFW, DUH!

Thank God For Cages

We went to the San Diego Zoo while we were on the west coast and came upon a startling and riveting scene. Right in front of the Mountain Lion's cage was a large group of 20-30 people. The Lion was going crazy, stalking and hissing. We ran up there with the video camera to find the big cat mesmerized by a pregnant woman in a wheelchair. So, basically the poor lady was doubly vulnerable and the Lion knew it. She wanted some people veal, as George put it. 



And yeah, that's my voice at the beginning begging the pregnant girl not to go. You'd do the same, please!

I was chatting with some friends about our retirement home together and the house boys we might need to hire. You know, if (God forbid) anything happens to our significant others. I think a Julian type might be a good start  but I'm open to other ideas.

A Beautiful Day In Cleveland

This is where I was last night instead of live blogging with you guys. I'm really sorry about that but how could I say no when Dr. Bachelor invited us over for spicy food and a sampling from Maynard Keenan's winery? It was phenomenal, as was the view. That's his living room window above ^.

It's Spring, so it's been raining a lot and the water is a bit muddy, but it's excellent for swimming in the Summer. Lake Erie is shallow so it warms up pretty quickly. I highly recommend Huntington Beach. It's young and fun for people watching.

Good company, great views and beautiful weather. All in all, a wonderful day.

I Found My New Diet

On My Walk This Morning..

I spotted some beautiful Helleborus poking through last Fall's leaves. And I had a full belly, compliments of the crab cake eggs Benedict at the Inn on Coventry. I highly recommend it. They put red peppers in their Hollandaise and it is mind blowingly good.

I am not used to eating a lot of sweets. I LOVE chocolate but I restrict myself to one square of awesome orange infused organic hippie shit or one freaking Hershey Kiss. Last night I ate the piece of chocolate cake (and acoutrements above) and you would think I ate an entire Entenmann's triple layer monster 3 pound yule log. My body rejected it like a bad kidney transplant and I threw up for the first time in years. It was as if my mouth was Cameel's ass. :(

It was delicious, though. So I'll probably do it again.

Ode To Chocolate

I hate most sweets. I'm the last to order dessert, and find myself continually making brownies and cheesecakes for parties, and tasting nary a sweet morsel. I'll eat it if someone else makes it, but only with the gun of politeness pressed firmly into my back. There is one exception, though. Chocolate. Dark and rich and as heavy as the Metal I put into the CD player on an almost daily basis. This is where we come to Lily, the store pictured above.


How do I describe it? Well, for one thing, they pair their homemade truffles with wine! I'm already there, obviously. Then they use crazy Marcel Vigneron stuff to it, without the douchey haircut. Here are some examples:

First up- Red Planet. Red wine black pepper reduction, dark chocolate.

              Hot Mama. Cayenne pepper, Sichuan peppercorn honey, dark chocolate.

              Boozie Suzie. Kirsch soaked french cherries, Kirsch ganach, dark chocolate.

              Red Head. Vintage port ganache, dried blueberries, dark chocolate.

              Mauie Wowie. Madagascar vanilla bean, Hawaiian black lava sea salt, white chocolate.

              Lime. Fresh lime juice, clover honey, white chocolate.

              Forty Winks (my favorite). Lavender bittersweet ganache, dark chocolate.

It's A Brad Pitt Post

We've all been good. We've all been busy bees working towards the holidays with five million things to get done, almost as much stuff to buy and the traffic! I know, order everything online. I would if I could. Some things you have to see for yourself, and touch..........which brings us back to Brad!

I like stoner Brad the best, though pretty much all of them will do. And Mr. McSlore is hotter than him, at least to me. I'm not bragging, he is.

I'm so jealous. The hottest redhead alive will be traipsing around the city spreading his hotness far and wide, leaving a trail of broken hearts behind him. Don't lie. You would totally do him. Who wouldn't? Plus, he likes to party so there's a good chance that he'll be going out tonight and not just doing official appearances.
