Why, Johnny, why? I'm hoping that he thought it would be a hilarious way to avoid getting mobbed by crazed fans. In which case it's pure genius because most furries are tragically ugly and unfuckable and Mr. Depp most certainly is NOT. I'd do him in the squirrel costume anyway, but I'd have to see his face first. Oh, never mind, that's just gross.

By the way, does anyone know where I can find the old MTV documentary on a furry convention? My boyfriend says that it's creepily entertaining. Also, after watching it he realized why a couple of the guys he worked with were so strange and had animal-ish names that corresponded to the plushies in their computers. And yes, they were uber-ugly geeks.

Those wacky pirates in Africa have finally lost whatever was left of their minds. They tried to hijack a cruise ship in the Gulf of Aden on Sunday. The huge Oceana Cruiselines vessel easily outran the 2 speedboats who shot at the ship several times before taking off.

What were they after? Heart attack inducing food? Ugly XXXL Hawaiian shirts? Bad lounge acts?

It's all good, though. It gives me an excuse to post a picture of Johnny Depp.
